Who we are

This website is run by Mason Foot and Ankle Ltd, trading as the Liverpool Foot and Ankle Clinic. If you have a question about your information, email CVDWclerical@outlook.com.

Contact form

If you send a message, we receive your name, email, phone number (if given) and message. We use it only to reply to you and arrange appointments. Messages are processed by our website host, Netlify, and kept only as long as needed. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form.

Cookies

The site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Two optional services load only if you choose "Allow":

• SociableKIT, which shows our Instagram posts
• Doctify, which shows verified patient reviews

These services may set their own cookies and receive basic technical information such as your IP address. We store your choice in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Booking

Online booking links take you to Spire Healthcare or Ramsay Health, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
